SuperMedia streamlined its HR processes and deliver better service to its internal users using Crossvale ‘s SWIFT (Smart Workflows, Interactive Forms and Tasks) solution, as well as integration and professionals services.
Using SWIFT, SuperMedia automated several manual and labor-intensive HR processes including: contractor on-boarding, employee off-boarding, employee recognition awards, job changes, and vacation carry-over requests. Because of the SWIFT solution, employees and managers were able to receive quicker responses to their HR interactions and the HR team members were freed up to focus on more important issues, according to Crossvale President Jason Sharp, said in a statement
