NoSQL Now!

NoSQL Now! is a new conference covering the dynamic field of NoSQL technologies (Not Only SQL). It is scheduled for:

San Jose Convention Center
San Jose, California
August 23-25, 2011

It is a vendor-neutral forum celebrating the diversity of NoSQL technologies and helping businesses develop objective evaluation processes to match the right NoSQL solutions with the required business challenge.

Interested in Speaking?

Full details on the speaking opportunities available at the conference, and guidelines for submitting your proposal are available HERE. We are currently accepting presentation proposals for the NoSQL Now! educational conference. We invite a wide range of talks to be proposed across all technical levels and across all NoSQL technologies. Presentations that include SQL extensions and SQL-hybrid topics will also be considered.

We would emphasize that the agenda for the
NoSQL Now! Conference will be focused on solutions and approaches that can be implemented today, by those enterprises and government organizations which have significant data management and analysis requirements and need alternative solutions to traditional SQL-based products. It is not intended as an academic or research program, however we will make room for compelling examples of new technologies or research that customers can look forward to using within the near future. As such, start-ups and researchers should feel free to make speaking proposals for Lightning and/or Poster sessions if they wish to make contacts with potential beta sites and/or funding sources.

By example, an ideal presentation might contain the following story-line elements.
  1. What was the business challenge you were confronting?
  2. What were the key strengths and weaknesses of each alternative architecture?
  3. What were the opportunities and risk factors?
  4. What were the benefits? Costs?
  5. What were the outcomes?
  6. How was success measured?
  7. How was the solution integrated with existing technologies (or was it?)
  8. How was the develoment process? What was different or the same compared to traditional approaches?
  9. What advice do you have for other organizations that are faced with similar circumstances?

Please make your speaking proposal by April 25 by completing the forms HERE.
