AuraPortal Ships BPM with Integrated Content Management System 
AuraPortal is adding a Content Management module to its AuraPortal Business Management Platform, which includes business process management and business rules system, document management, customer relationship management and online commerce.
AuraPortal’s addition of a CMS to its BPM platform is designed to let business users easily design a solution with transaction activity that can be monitored by the AuraPortal BPM Module, said Pablo Trilles, Vice-President, AuraPortal, in a statement.
“We don’t wish to offer our customers disconnected modules. We offer a state-of-the-art BPMS suite with a totally integrated document and content management system,” Trilles said in a statement. The CMS will also automatically allow a company to maintain its website on the Internet. “Processes features may be used to establish creation and approval flows for any content to be published,” he added.
AuraPortal provides a complete content management system for publishing announcements, news, articles, documents, videos as well as any type of digital content created by the company on the web, according to company officials. The system manages the lifecycle of the content including creation and/or capture, storage, security, flow, access, publication, version’s control, recovering, distribution, conservation and destruction of the contents without the need for IT programming.
AuraPortal is structured in modules, so users only need to pay for the functionality they need. The AuraPortal general modules include:
- Intranet Basic Module The core platform and supports the rest of modules, it provides workflow, an employee organization chart, a document handling system and supports case management for accounts, items, projects and areas.
- BPM A code-free business process management system for modeling and execution.
- Business Rules Deals with Business Rules, both independently or related to BPM processes. This module allows users to grant rules with higher coverage.
- Advanced Allows users to export classes of process and other advanced operations such as dynamic Gantt graphics. These features provide control over singular projects managed with BPM processes.
- Multi-Language Allows users to work with different languages simultaneously, each being allowed to choose their language. The whole application is displayed in different languages for different users at the same time.
- Wide Interaction Platform Provides a rich communication platform for guest users, such as customers, providers, etc. This is an essential part in the CRM, built into AuraPortal with BPMS processes.
- Online Commerce Allows a company to open its own Online Commerce system, easily modified and adapted to its characteristics without programming.
AuraPortal also offers add-on modules with specialized BPM process patterns for: marketing and sales, which can be integrated with AuraPortal’s core CMS, BPM workflow and Internet features.
