Oracle TopLink 11g Strengthens Ties with WebLogic, ADF

To ease infrastructure development projects, Oracle Corp. is shipping Oracle TopLink 11g, with tighter support for WebLogic Server and open Java frameworks, including Oracle's Application Development Framework. TopLink is a component of Oracle Fusion Middleware.
Oracle TopLink 11g, is an advanced object-relational persistence framework based on the open source EclipseLink project, also brings "seamless integration" with Oracle Coherence, and more flexible Object-XML binding, Oracle officials said.
"With its enhanced persistence features and compatibility with other key infrastructure software, Oracle TopLink 11g helps developers significantly ease the development process," said Dennis Leung, vice president Software Development-Oracle Fusion Middleware, in a statement.

Oracle TopLink 11g is free to download for evaluation and use during development, under the Oracle Technology Network license, the company said. A production license is included with all editions of Oracle Application Server and Oracle WebLogic Server, or can be licensed separately.
